Onboard 1394 Function (Enabled)

Use this item to enable or disable the onboard 1394 function.

Press <Esc> to return to the main menu setting page.

This page sets up some parameters for system power management operation.

Select the ACPI
state used for
System Suspend.

Power Management Setup

ACPI Suspend Type (S3)

Use this item to define how your system suspends. In the default, S3, the suspend
mode is a suspend to RAM.

PWRON After PWR-Fail (Power Off)

This item enables your computer to automatically restart or not after system power
off by AC power lose.

Soft-off by PWR-BTTN (Instant Off)

If the item is set to Instant-Off, then the power button causes a software power down.
If the item is set to Delay 4 Sec, then you have to hold the power button down for
four seconds to cause a software power down.

Resume by RING (Disabled)

An input signal on the serial Ring Indicator (RI) line (in other words, an incoming call
on the modem) awakens the system from a soft off state.

Resume By PCI/PCI-E/Lan PME (Disabled)

These items specify whether the system will be awakened from power saving modes
when activity or input signal of the specified hardware peripheral or component is
detected.

Resume By USB (S3) (Disabled)

This item allows users to enable or disable the USB device Walk-up from S3 mode.
