Directions

1.

Remove electrical power from the PolarCool.

2.

Identify the parts location as shown in Figure 1.

3.

Disconnect 110 Volt power lead at the junction
box that leads to the old pump.

4.

Remove old pump, bracket and hose connected
to incoming water supply. See Figure 2.

5.

Remove the old float assembly from the
cabinet wall. See Figure 2.

6.

Assemble the float valve lock nut and hose
fitting to the bracket as shown in Figure 3.

7.

Attach the hose to the float assembly as seen
in Figure 4.

8.

Attach the float assembly to the cabinet wall
as shown in Figure 5 with 1/4”x20x1/2” bolts
and nuts.
