DESCRIPTION
The two wiring kits described in this manual are for
wiring the PVR-H to EV-1200 Controllers or PVR-H to
EV-3000/3001 controllers. The kits provide a quick
and simple wire harness for connecting to the PVR-H
controllers. The kit includes the quick-connect wiring
harness and six female quick-connect crimp terminals
to connect to existing wire assemblies.
When the kit is received, check for shipping damage or
missing parts. Refer to Tables A and B for kit
content.

1.0 EV1200 Wire Harness
Installation
The EV1200 wire harness wires should be formed and
placed as shown in Figure 1 to allow access to the
switches and other terminal blocks.
(1) Disconnect all AC electrical power from the EV-
1200 and PVR-H controllers.
(2) Remove the 6-pin black terminal block (General
Purpose Analog Inputs) from PCB186 and remove
the two 3-pin green terminal blocks (PT Unit #1 &
PT Unit #2) from PCB188-3 as shown in Figure 1.
(3) Install the PVR-H Harness as shown. The wire
harness should be placed close to the circuit
board and toward the hinge to allow installation of
the metal electrical shield.
(4) Ensure that all wires are clear from the metal
electrical shield and from hole drilling locations.
(5) Refer to Section 1.1 for the wire connections
diagram from the EV1200 to the PVR-H.
WARNING!
Ensure that the Electrical Power Sources are OFF
during installation / wiring.
