9 Conductor to
9 wire Machine converted to 3-wire with Override.
Purpose
This harness is used to override the controller while in tunnel to close the Vent Machine. This harness is used with the
9 wire Power Trak only.
Directions
1. Remove power from PVR-H.
2. Install the harness (1903-0109) into Power Trak by disconnecting the cables from the circuit
board. Connect these cables to the harness.
3. Remove all connections from the outputs of the PVR-H except Black and Green.
4. Remove AC power connection from PVR-H. Leave Green connected to purple for ground.
5. Connect YELLOW from 9-wire cable to PVR-H terminal labeled AC SUPPLY BLACK.
6. Connect BROWN from 9-wire cable to BLACK of Power Cord.
7. Connect WHITE from 9-wire cable to WHITE of Power Cord.
8. Make sure Power Supplies for both Power Trak and Contactor panels are wired to correctly. I.e.
White is Neutral. Black is Hot. before applying power.
9. Connect ORANGE from Harness to desired tunnel stage in CCS panel. This wire will connect to
the HOT side of the coil.
