2. First Installation
These are the basic steps to start up your bird scale controller:

2.1 Connect the control according to the wiring diagram in the manual.
2.2 Set the internal switch to pounds.
2.3 Set the voltage selector switch to proper voltage.
2.4 Power up the controller.
2.5 Set the time and date.
2.6 Enter the installer password to access the installation menu.
2.7 Enter the number of scales connected to the controller.
2.8 Define weight groups.
2.9 Define the weighing schedule.
2.10 Calibrate the scales.
2.11 Enable each scale separately.
2.12 Start the new flock.
