SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
ELECTRIC SHOCK can kill.

Disconnect input power by
removing plug from receptacle
before working inside SP-175T.
Use only grounded receptacle. Do
not touch electrically

maintenance and trouble shoot-
ing work.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
POWER SOURCE COMPARTMENT
In extremely dusty locations, dirt may clog the air pas-
sages causing the welder to run hot. Blow dirt out of
the welder with low pressure air at regular intervals to
eliminate excessive dirt and dust build-up on interval
parts.
WIRE FEED COMPARTMENT
1. When necessary, vacuum accumulated dirt from
gearbox and wire feed section.
2. Occasionally inspect the incoming guide tube and
clean inside diameter if necessary.
3. Motor and gearbox have lifetime lubrication and
require no maintenance.
FAN MOTOR
Has lifetime lubrication

requires no maintenance.
WIRE REEL SPINDLE
Requires no maintenance. Do not lubricate shaft.
