Under Device Type Operations\ Backup and Synchronization, click Restore backed-up
Contacts and Calendar to the (Device Name) Device Type.

In the My device backups pane, expand the backed-up items containing the files you want to
restore, and then click either Calendar or Contacts.
NOTE: You cannot restore both the contacts and calendar items at the same time. You must
restore them one at a time.

In the right pane, select the check box next to the specific files you want to restore, and then click
Restore.
You can also enter a keyword in the search box and click . Select Search Results in the device
backups pane to display items that match the keyword. Expand the backed-up folder, and then click
Contacts or Calendar, as appropriate.
•
For calendar items, you can enter a date or a word that you think appears in the description or
summary fields.
• For contacts you can enter a name or other word that you think appears in the name field.
A window displays to show progress.
NOTE: You may have to authorize restoring calendar and contact items on the Bluetooth device.
Copy Contacts and Calendar Items Between Bluetooth
Devices
If you have multiple Bluetooth enabled devices that store contact, calendar, and other PIM information,
you can use this computer to copy items between them.
• First, back up the information from one device to this computer.
• Then, restore selected information, or all information, from this computer to the second device.
