CASTER WHEEL GREASE FITTINGS
Lubricate two (2) fittings, #1 FIG.
23, every 50 hrs or weekly.

fitting is on top
and the other on
the bottom of the
caster wheel
plate.

Measure gap between caster
wheel plates every 100 hrs. The
gap, “X”, should not exceed 1/8”
(3 mm), FIG. 24. Adjust gap, if
necessary, by tightening bolt on
top of caster wheel plate
assembly.
