To Operate your Countertop Warmer

grounded outlet.

2 Do not allow your customers to come in contact with any surfaces

labeled "CAUTION HOT".

3 For best results, operate the warmer WET (with water in heatwell) for

consistent food warming.

4 Add one gallon (4 quarts) hot water (approximately 130° F) to heatwell

and cover the warmer.

5 Set temperature control at HIGH setting for approximately 15 minutes.
6 Place full size or fractional steam table pans with preheated food into

heatwell.

7 Turn the control to lower setting depending on the amount or thickness

of the food.

8 Keep steam table pans and insets covered during operation to maintain

ideal serving temperature.
