Add Oil and Install Oil Breather Cap (Fig. 6 & 7)

1. YourAirCompressorshipswithoutoilintheCrankcase.

Note: BEFORESTARTINGYOUAIRCOMPRESSORYOU

MUSTADDOILTOTHECRANKCASEASDESCRIBED

BELOW.

2. PlaceyourAirCompressoronlevelground.

3. RemovetheOilShippingPlugfromtheOilFillHole

locatedonthetopoftheCrankcasecoverattherear

oftheAirCompressor(Fig.6).

4. SlowlypourtheoilintotheOilFillHoleuntiltheoil

levelrisestothecenterofthereddotontheOil

SightGlass(Fig.7).

5. InstalltheOilBreatherCapintotheOilFillHole.

BEFORE OPERATING YOUR NEW AIR COMPRESSOR completethefollowingsteps.

1. Checkthatallnutsandboltsaresecure.

2. MakesuretheoilhasbeenproperlyaddedtoyourAirCompressor.

3. PlaceyourAirCompressoronafirm,levelsurfaceinaclean,dry,wellventilatedarea.

4. YourAirCompressorshouldbelocated12to18inchesfromwallsoranyotherobstructionwhich

wouldinterferewithairflow.YourAirCompressorshouldbelocatedinatemperaturecontrolledarea

between32°and95°F.

5. YourAirCompressorisdesignedwithheatdissipationfinswhichallowforpropercooling.Keep

thefinsandallotherpartscleanfromdustordirt.AcleanAirCompressorrunscoolerandprovides

longerservice.

6. Donotplacerags,containersorothermaterialontopofyourAirCompressor.
