Warning

6. Maintenance and Inspection

●For repair, be sure to turn OFF the power supply of the multi visual revolving warning light

and the electronic siren amplifier and wait until the bulb is cooled in order to prevent short
circuits and burns.

●Reflectors and domes (plastic items) are easily broken. Handle them with caution to

prevent injury.

●When handling the reflectors, use caution not to be injured by the edges.
●Do not drive the vehicle or leave the product unattended with the dome removed or broken.

It may result in a short-circuit or burn due to the heat of the bulb, which is very dangerous.

Caution

1)Procedure for exchanging the domes

●Use a soft cloth soaked with water or glass cleaner to wipe off any dirt on the globe.

Do not use any wax, paint thinner, benzen, oil, etc. They may cause deterioration or damage
the surface of the dome.

●When the dome is removed, do not touch the area inside the revolving light reflector or the

reflective surface of the reflector. The light intensity may be weakened.

●Never use any oil or grease in the rotating mechanism. If oil or grease gets on the rubber

parts, it may cause slipping, which affects the movement of rotating mechanism.

Caution

Follow the procedure below to replace the main or middle dome assembly.
①Turn OFF the power (turn the switch OFF) of the multi visual revolving warning light.
②Loosen the two screws holding the dome in place (M5 Phillips round-head screw) and slide the

main/middle dome assembly in the direction shown by the arrow in the figure below (the screws

③After reinstalling the main/middle dome assembly, make sure that the rim around the joint fits

tightly against the middle/main dome assembly without any gaps and secure the two screws (M5
