ESC M Apply elite pitch (12 cpi)

Description
 Prints the subsequent text with the elite pitch (12 characters/inch).
 The character spacing is 16 dots (=203 dots/12 characters).
 If the character width is 16 dots or less, the character spacing is specified as 16 minus the character width.
 If the character width exceeds 16 dots, the character spacing is specified as the character width.
(The spacing between characters is 0 dot.)
In this case, the pitch does not exactly equal the elite pitch.
 With double-width characters, the character spacing is doubled (32 dots).
 With half-width characters, the character spacing is halved (8 dots).
 When the character spacing is changed with ESC SP, the setting is updated.
 This command is invalid when proportional pitch is selected.
 In outline fonts, the spacing between characters is 0 dot.
