your computer:

How to access the printer driver settings

Select Print from the File menu in your application software.

Select Brother MFC-8420 or MFC-8820D (USB) Printer as
your printer and click Preferences for Windows
® 2000/XP
(Properties for Windows

95/98/98SE and Me, Document
Default for Windows NT ® 4.0). The Printing Preferences
dialog box will appear.
