What is the warranty on the projector?

The projector is covered by a limited 2-year warranty. For complete details, refer to your User Guide.

What is the warranty on the lamp?

Lamp modules are under warranty for defects for 90 days from the date of purchase of the projector or replacement lamp.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Are there optional warranties?

You can purchase several extended warranties for the projector, as long as the original factory warranty is still active.

Extended warranties can be purchased from your ASK Proxima reseller.

What is the warranty on accessories (excluding lamps)?

From the date of purchase, ASK Proxima warrants that the customer replaceable and accessory products will conform to the

manufacturers’ specifications and be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

How can I find out if my projector is under warranty?

Contact ASK Proxima Customer Service with your serial number. A proof of purchase may be required for warranty

validation.
