Charging the Battery Pack

Charging will start when the
camcorder is turned off.
Charging the supplied BP-718 Battery Pack will take approximately
5 hours 35 minutes. A fully charged battery pack will allow for the
following operations (movies in FXP mode).
All given times are approximate and vary according to video quality and
charging, recording or playback conditions.
See Charging, Recording and Playback Times ( ; 181) for details.
IMPORTANT
• The battery pack will be charged only when the camcorder is off.
• Do not connect to the camcorder’s DC IN terminal or to the compact power
adapter any electrical equipment that is not expressly recommended for
use with this camcorder.
• Do not connect the supplied compact power adapter to voltage converters
or special power sources such as those on aircraft, DC-AC inverters, etc.
