Help
The Help application allows you to quickly and conveniently view
information about your phone, including how-to videos, My Verizon video,
and additional guides.
To access Help, from the Home screen, tap the Apps Key > Help .
Setting Up Your Phone
Step 1. Remove the Back Cover
Place your fingernail in the USB/Charger Port cutout at the bottom of the
phone and pop the cover off the phone.
Step 2. Insert the SIM Card
Slide the SIM Card into the SIM Card slot.
