Confirm that the router is working properly.

is too slow.

Check if there are other wireless devices near the TV set.

Set the wireless router band to 5 GHz before using it.

(5 GHz is recommended.)

Installing the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Dongle

1 Attach the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Dongle to the TV using the Velcro fastener and then

connect the dongle to the USB port of the TV using the USB cable.

2 Check to see if the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Dongle is inserted correctly. The LED indicator

should be facing up.
