y The file name is limited to 180 characters.

y Maximum files/Folder: Less than 2000 (total

number of files and folders)

y Depending on the size and number of the

files, it may take several minutes to read the
content on the media.

y File compatibility may differ depending on

the server.

y Because the compatibility on DLNA server

are tested on the bundle DLNA server
(Nero MediaHome 4 Essentials Windows
edition) environment, file requirements and
playback functions may differ depending on
media servers.

y The file requirements on page 57 are

not always compatible. There may have
some restrictions by file features and media
server’s ability.

y Playing video subtitle files are only available

on DLNA media server created by supplied
Nero MediaHome 4 Essentials software on
this unit package.

y The files from removable media such as USB

drive etc. on your media server may not be
shared properly.

y This unit cannot support the ID3 Tag

embedded MP3 file.

y The total playback time of audio file

indicated on the screen may not correct for
VBR files.

y HD video files contained on the USB 1.0/1.1

may not played properly. USB 2.0 are
recommended to play back HD video files.

y This unit supports H.264/MPEG-4 AVC profile

is not supported.

y This unit supports UTF-8 files even it

contains Unicode subtitle content. This unit
can not support the pure Unicode subtitle
files.

y Depending on the types of file or ways of

recording, it may not play back.

y To be playback a video file, video file name

and Subtitle file name must be the same.

y When you play a video file with a extension

such as “.ts”, “.m2ts”, “.mts”, “.tp”, “.Trp” or “.m2t”,
your unit may not support subtitle files.

y The total playback time of audio file

indicated on the screen may not correct for
VBR files.

y Video / Audio codec compatibility may

differ depending on video file.
