one year. If you plan to keep normal files on the file system, do not set the autocommit period.
Enable Data Validation. Check this option to schedule periodic scans on the file system. Use the
default schedule, or select Modify to open the Data Validation Scan Schedule dialog box and
configure your own schedule.
Enable Report Data Generation. Check this option to generate data retention reports. Use the
default schedule, or select Modify to open the Report Data Generation Schedule dialog box and
configure your own schedule.
