Deleting addresses
If an e-mail address in your Private Email address book is no longer
useful, you can delete it. Deleting an address from this address book
also deletes it from any of your private distribution lists where it
appears.
To delete addresses

In the ABM main window, click the + next to the folder for your
user name to expand it.

On the left side of the window, click Private Email.

Click the e-mail destination you want to delete.

On the File menu, click Delete.

A dialog box appears. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
