CAUTION: Be sure to select Disable Disaster Recovery as you need to preserve the data
already on the external HDD. After your recover the data you lost, then you can start a full
backup.
3. Right-click on the BounceBack Express icon in the taskbar and select Launch
BounceBack Express/Compare.
4. Click Restore in the BounceBack Comparison Results window.
5. Repeat step 4 until no “Deleted” files display.
NOTE: You can also use Windows Explorer to recover data by dragging files from the external
HDD to the server drive.
