Grouping HBAs

Use XP Performance Control to create a Performance Control group to contain multiple HBAs. All the
HBAs in one Performance Control group must be of the same priority. Prioritized WWNs (that is,
high-priority HBAs) and non-prioritized WWNs (that is, low-priority HBAs) cannot be mixed in the
same group.

You can use a Performance Control group to switch priority of multiple HBAs from prioritized to
non-prioritized, or vice versa. You can also use a Performance Control group to set the same upper-limit
value to all the HBAs in the group.

This section describes the operations that can be performed with Performance Control groups.
