Example 7 “Build Output with pre-build and post-build steps” shows the pre-build and post-build
targets added to the main makefile on the next build as a result of setting the project properties.
This example also shows how the "all" target depends on "pre-build", and the rule for the final
executable (Car.txe in this case) invokes the post-build step with $(MAKE)
