1. Open the Printer Properties dialog box, then select the following settings:
tab setting
Quality
Paper Type: Automatic , or the appropriate
paper type
Layout
Paper Size: Choose A4 or Letter (8.5 x 11
in)
Orientation: Appropriate orientation
Features Two-Sided Printing: Unchecked
2. Select any other desired print settings.
3. After you have selected the print settings, click OK .
