Entering and modifying entitlement information for switches

Table 44 Switch Entitlement fields

Description

Field

The name of the IP or Host is automatically populated.

IP/Host Name

The name of the HP StoreOnce product receiving remote
support is automatically populated.

Product Name

The serial number of the HP StoreOnce product receiving
remote support is automatically populated.

Serial Number

The product number of the HP StoreOnce product receiving
remote support is automatically populated.

Product Number

The serial number of the selected component that you must
enter from the warranty tag on the device.

Customer Entered Serial Number

The part number of the selected component that you must
enter from the warranty tag on the device.

Customer Entered Product Number

Select either SAID or CarePackID if you purchased one of
these extended warranties for the HP StoreOnce Backup
system or hardware components.

Entitlement Type

The ID of the Entitlement agreement.

Entitlement ID

Not intended for this release. Leave blank.

Custom Delivery ID

1.

Click Modify on the Switch page.

Enter or edit the appropriate information. See

Table 44 (page 141)

for an explanation of the

fields.

Click OK.

Status page

This page displays the remote support availability status of the proxy and enterprise servers,
indicates if the product models and hardware product numbers have been entered, and indicates
if the device is registered successfully. A red icon indicates a problem with one of those issues. In
addition, a warning appears in red at the bottom of the page if there is a problem with the feature.
