New and Changed Information in This Edition

The initial release of this document covers HP ESO 1.0, published in November 2011. A second
edition for an update to the HP ESO 1.0 was published in March 2012.

The June 2012 edition provides documentation for HP ESO 2.0. The new features for HP ESO 2.0
are summarized in

“New Features In Release 2.0 and 2.1” (page 6)

This current August 2012 edition covers updates for the HP ESO 2.1 release, providing new ESO
2.1 screen shots and documenting the fix for optimization page loading as described in

NOTE

A note contains additional information to emphasize or supplement
important points of the main text.

KeyCap

The name of a keyboard key or graphical interface item (such as buttons,
tabs, and menu items).

Computer output

Text displayed by the computer.

User input

Commands and other text that you type.

Command

A command name or qualified command phrase.

Ctrl+x

A key sequence. A sequence such as Ctrl+x indicates that you must press
the key labeled Ctrl while you press another key or mouse button.
