IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed
including the following:

• Read all instructions

• Do not touch hot surfaces, use handles or knobs.

• To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plugs or main body in water

or other liquid.

• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.

• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting

on or taking off parts.

• Do not operate appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance

malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Call our toll-free
customer assistance number for information on examination, repair, or adjustment.

• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer

may cause injuries.

• Do not use outdoors.

• Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven or microwave oven.

• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other

hot liquids.

• Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To

disconnect, turn control to ”off”, then remove plug from wall outlet.

• Do not use appliance for other than intended use.

• If a wet sponge or cloth is used to wipe spills on a hot cooking area, be careful to avoid

steam burn, some cleaners can produce noxious fumes if applied to a hot surface.

• Do not leave appliance unattended while operating

• This appliance is for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.

Caution:

1. Never put food or liquids directly on the heating plate of main body. Do not use the

unit without the plates (Center Dish and Round Dish) properly placed.

2. Do not connect other appliances except the Heated Party Platter to the outlet socket.

3. Let unit cool before storing or cleaning.

4. Do not touch the heating plate on the main body or the platter’s hot surfaces by hand

before the appliance has cooled down completely.

5. Do not let children operate the unit.

6. Always use the unit on a flat and stable surface.
