glue stick, wait a mo-
ment for the cold car-
tridge to heat up. Never
force the glue stick
through the applicator!

í Using excessive pres-

sure can cause the glue
stick to jam in the glue
gun and block the trig-
ger. In such a case, heat
the glue gun for approx.
10 minutes and then
pull the glue stick out
3 – 5 mm. If the glue
stick is too far inside the
glue gun, heat a new
stick at the nozzle, bond
it to the jammed stick
and then withdraw it with
gentle pressure.

í

Do not pull the
glue stick out of

the applicator complete-
ly. Hot glue running into
the applicator may cause
damage.

í Gluematic 3002:

Always screw the nozzle
tight after replacing it
(approx. 1 Nm).

í Troublefree operation

can only be guaranteed
when using original
STEINEL and/or Henkel
glue sticks.

í Repairs may only be

carried out by a qualified
electrician.
