Accuracy ±0.5°C between –20 to 70°C; ±1°C between –50 to –20°C and 70 to 150°C;

Display resolution 0.1° between –19.9° and 199°; otherwise 1°

Temperature response Within 8 seconds from 25°C (77°F) raised to 100°C (212°F)
Automatic shut off After idle for 10 minutes
Battery 1.5 volt, size LR44 or equivalent x 1 piece
Ambient Temperature -10 to 50°C (14 to 122°F)
MEASUREMENT
• Press [HOLD/ON-OFF] button once to switch thermometer on
• Probe into test object about 25mm (1”)
• Get the reading when the temperature becomes stable
• Press and hold [HOLD/ON-OFF] button for about 4 seconds, the release to switch thermometer off
Data Hold Function:
• Press [HOLD/ON-OFF] button once to retain reading, °C/°F symbol will be flashing
• Press [HOLD/ON-OFF] button again to release HOLD function
Maximum/Minimum Temperature Memory:
• Press [MAX-MIN/°C-°F] button once to display maximum reading, MAX symbol will be flashing
• Press [MAX-MIN/°C-°F] button again to display minimum reading, MIN symbol will be flashing
• Press [MAX-MIN/°C-°F] button once again to return to normal temperature display
• Turn thermometer off to clear memory
°C/°F Exchange:
Press and hold [MAX-MIN/°C-°F] button for about 4 seconds, then release to change temperature unit
Battery Replacement:
1. Use a suitable cross head screw driver to loosen case screws
2. Push out the exhausted battery
3. Insert a new 1.5 volt, size LR44 or equivalent battery
4. Put back the case and tighten the screws
Note:
1. When the reading is on hold or when the maximum/minimum reading is being displayed, the thermometer
cannot be switched off and the automatic shut off function will be disabled
2. Not to be used inside oven

Medición:
• Presione el botón [HOLD/ON-OFF] una vez para activar el termómetro
• Coloque la sonda dentro del objeto de prueba unos 25 mm (1”)
• Obtenga la lectura cuando la temperatura se estabilice
• Presione y mantenga presionado el botón [HOLD/ON-OFF] durante aproximadamente 4 segundos, luego
suéltelo para desactivar el termómetro
Función de retención de datos:
• Presione el botón [HOLD/ON-OFF] una vez para retener la lectura, el símbolo °C/°F destellará
• Presione el botón [HOLD/ON-OFF] nuevamente para salir de la función de retención (HOLD)
Memoria de temperatura máxima y mínima
• Presione el botón [MAX-MIN/°C-°F] una vez para visualizar la lectura máxima, el símbolo MAX destellará
• Presione el botón [MAX-MIN/°C-°F] nuevamente para visualizar la lectura mínima, el símbolo MIN destellará
• Presione el botón [MAX-MIN/°C-°F] nuevamente para retornar a la visualización de temperatura normal
• Apagar el termómetro para borrar la memoria
Conversión entre °C y °F
Presione y mantenga presionado el botón [MAX-MIN/°C-°F] durante aproximadamente 4 segundos, luego suéltelo
para cambiar la unidad de temperatura
Cambio de batería:
1. Utilice un destornillador estrella adecuado para aflojar los tornillos de la caja
2. Empuje y saque la batería agotada
3. Inserte una nueva batería de 1,5 voltios, tamaño LR44 o batería equivalente
4. Vuelva a colocar la caja y apriete los tornillos
Nota:
1. Cuando la lectura esté en retención o cuando se visualice la lectura máxima/mínima, el termómetro no se
puede apagar y se desactivará la función de apagado automático
2. No se debe utilizar en el interior de un horno
