RECOMMENDED TOOLS:
Sockets: 9/16”, 8mm, 15mm deep, 18mm deep

3/8” drive ratchet

Hydraulic jack and stands

INSTALLATION:

1. Lift the vehicle and safely support it under the front engine cradle

(K-member) or frame rails.

2. Using the 8mm wrench, remove all of the small screws that retain

the lower plastic panels covering the OE chassis brace and radiator
core support. Remove panels to gain access to work area.

3. Using a 15mm socket, remove the (8) bolts (4 on K-member and 4

on Radiator support) that retain the OE chassis brace then remove
the brace. (IMAGE 1)

4. Using a 15mm deep socket, remove the 4 sway bar mounting bolts

as shown in IMAGE 2. Allow the sway bar to hang freely by the
end links.

5. Using the 18mm socket, remove the (4) radiator support mounting

bolts then lower the OE radiator support out of the way. NOTE: it
is not necessary to support the radiator, the radiator will hang
unsupported by the radiator hoses, AC lines, etc. (See IMAGE 3)
