7. After all of the bars are installed, jack the axle housing up to highway ride height. This will be

approx. 4” from the axle tube to the bottom of the framerail. At this time you will also need to
trim the oem bumpstop to approx. 1” tall or install an aftermarket bumpstop.

8. Make sure the axle housing is centered in relation to the framerails. The easiest way to

accomplish this is to equalize the measurement from the wheel mounting hub to the framerail.

9. Install the upper airspring mounts onto the framerail. The upper airspring mount will be

DIRECTLY above the lower airspring mount at a distance of approx. 10.5”. Make sure the axle
housing is still at highway ride height. This should place the upper airspring mount level with
the bottom of the framerail.








10. When mounting the driver side upper airspring bracket, note that the panhard bar frame

mounting bracket will share the same mounting holes. Be sure to install this mount before
tightening these mounting bolts.
