7. Locate the stock driver side radius arm nut, washer and poly bushing that was removed from step # 3. Working on
the driver side, slide the stock radius arm into the newly installed radius arm relocation bracket and secure using the
stock nut, washer and poly bushing. Torque to 145 ft lbs. Carefully remove the hydraulic floor jack from under the
vehicle.

8. Working on the passenger side, remove the remove the stock nut that connects the stock radius arm to the stock
radius arm bracket. Set the stock nut, washer and poly bushing a side for later re-installation. Carefully push the
stock radius arm forward until it is clear from the stock radius arm bracket.

9. Using a air chisel, carefully remove the (6) stock rivets that connect the stock radius arm bracket to the stock
frame rail. Special Note: Take special care not to damage the stock frame rail or damage and hoses or lines
traveling down the stock frame rail.
The stock radius arm bracket may be discarded.

10. Working on the passenger side, using a 1/2” drill bit, carefully drill out the stock rivets. Special note: Take
special care not to drill into any lines and or hoses on the inside of the stock frame rail.

11. Locate the new passenger side radius arm relocation bracket, (6) 1/2” x 1 1/2” bolts, (12) 7/16” flat washers and
(6) 1/2” unitorque nuts. Working on the passenger side, install the new passenger side relocation bracket into the
stock location and secure using the new 1/2” x 1 1/2” bolts and hardware. Special note: Do not tighten any bolts
until all (6) bolts have been installed. Also, make sure to use thread locker or lock tite.
Once all (6) bolts have
been installed, tighten each bolt to 85 ft. lbs.

12. Locate the stock passenger side radius arm nut, washer and poly bushing that was removed from step # 8.
Working on the passenger side, slide the stock radius arm into the newly installed radius arm relocation bracket and
secure using the stock nut, washer and poly bushing. Torque to 145 ft lbs. Carefully remove the hydraulic floor jack
from under the vehicle.

13. Install the tires and wheels and carefully lower the vehicle to the ground.

14. Check and double check to make sure that all steps where performed properly. If you have any questions or
