11. Locate the new control arms. Locate the new sert fittings
from hardware bag 43800PL. Carefully install each sert fit-
ting into each end of the new control arms.
12. Locate the new poly bushings and sert fittings from hard-
ware bag 43800PL. Also, locate (4) S10041 sleeves from
hardware bag 43800SL. Install the new bushings and
sleeves into each end of the new control arms. Now install
the new sert fittings into each end of the control arms.
Special note: Make sure to use a moly or lithium base
grease prior to installing the bushings and sleeves into
the new control arm. This will increase the life of the
bushings as well as prevent squeaking. Also, take spe-
cial care not to damage the sert fitting during installa-
tion.
13. Working on the driver side, install the new lower control
arm into the OE location using the OE hardware. Do not
tighten at this point. The lower control arm hardware will be
torqued once the weight of the vehicle is on the ground.
Repeat procedure on the passenger side.
14. Locate the new track bar relocation bracket. Install the
new bracket into the OE track bar pocket.
15. Locate (1) S10048 sleeve from hardware bag 43800SL.
Secure the new track bar relocation bracket to the OE pock-
et using the OE hardware and new sleeve. Do not tighten
at this point.
