• The warranty is void if the product has been subject to physical damage, improper installation, modifi cation or
repair by unauthorised third parties.
• Any implied warranty on Monoprice ® products is limited to one year from the date of purchase on all parts,
including any cords and connectors.
• Specifi cally exempt from any warranty are limited-life consumable components subject to normal wear and tear,
such as: cords and connectors; earbuds; decorative fi nishes; batteries and other accessories as supplied.
• Faulty goods shall be returned to Monoprice ® at the customer’s cost. Monoprice ® shall return a repaired or
replacement product to the customer’s address.
• Monoprice ® is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any Monoprice ®
product.
