Power-operated towing bracket

To extend/retract the power-operated towing bracket,

switch off the engine and press the rocker switch

e

(on the right in the luggage compartment).

Extending: Remove the bumper cover. Briefly press the

top of the rocker switch

e

Retracting: Remove any accessories from the ball head

and make sure the electrical connector is unplugged.

Briefly press the bottom part of the rocker switch

e

.

Replace the bumper cover.

Loading mode

Switching on: Close all doors and

press the bottom part of the rocker

switch

. The rear of the vehicle will then be lowered.

Switching off: Press the top of the rocker switch

r

.

The rear of the vehicle will be lifted.

Note: The system can also be switched on/off in the

MMI (CARR SETUP).

Filling the tank

Opening the tank flap: Press the

switch

on the driver’s door. Unscrew the tank cap

anti-clockwise and hook it onto

the flap. When closing

the tank flap, make

sure you hear it

click into place.
