IMPORTANT NOTES
Ideal Conditions for useage of AquaSense™ and PUREADVANTAGE™ filter
•
AquaSense™ and PUREADVANTAGE™ filter are designed for use only with
municipally treated tap water or with water from private supplies which
has been tested as safe to drink .
•
Use cold tap water only (water temperature between 4 and 38 Celsius
degrees) .
•
Always discard the first two litres of water with the new
PUREADVANTAGE™ filter .
•
The PUREADVANTAGE™ filter technology can reduce the temporary
hardness of tap water . Therefore people with heart disease and those who
must follow a controlled diet are recommended to ask their doctor before
using the PUREADVANTAGE™ water filter .
Hygiene
•
Before replacing the PUREADVANTAGE™ filter wash your hands carefully .
•
Change the PUREADVANTAGE™ filter if not used for a prolonged time (e .g .
holiday), or if left outside fridge for more than 24 hours .
•
For people with impaired immunity and babies, it is generally
recommended that tap water should be boiled; this also applies to
PUREADVANTAGE™ filtered water .
•
For hygiene reasons, the PUREADVANTAGE™ filter contents are subject
to special treatment with silver . A very small amount may be transferred
to the water . This transference would be within the World Health
Organization (WHO) guidelines as well as within the Directive 98/83/EG of
the EU for drinking water quality .
Please keep the filter away from children.
