BACK PANEL

Attach the remaining side to the top, shelf and

bottom panels. Be sure the shelves and back panels

are in the slots in the side panels.

Attach the ceiling hooks to the shelf using the 5/8"
long posts and flat head screws. Insert the posts

through the top holes in the shelf, hold the hook in

place over the holes at the bottom of the shelf and

secure with the flat head screws.

There are 2 WIDE back panels and 3 NARROW

back panels. Slide a WIDE back panel into the

slots in the shelf, bottom and side panel. Be sure

the panel is completely in the slot in the side

panel.

Slide a plastic divider onto the edge of the WIDE

back panel, then slide a NARROW back panel into
the slots in the shelf and bottom panels and into

the open edge of the plastic divider.

Repeat this process for the remaining lower back

panels.

Slide the upper back panel into the slots in the

top, shelf and side panel.

CHECK ALL BOLTS AND

SCREWS PERIODICALLY TO

MAKE SURE THEY ARE TIGHT!

WARNING !!

Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from

furniture tip-over. To help prevent tip-over:

Place heaviest items on bottom of cabinet.

Never allow children to climb or hang on doors or shelves.

Use of tip-over restraints may only reduce, but not eliminate,

the risk of tip-over.

Furniture tipping restraint hardware is included in with the

hardware package for this unit. Follow the installation

instructions printed on the restraint hardware bag.
