Using High Speed Sync (HSS) and

Second Curtain Sync (SCS)

Pressing the HSS/SCS button will cycle

between HSS, SCS and standard operations.

HSS will allow faster shutter speeds to be

used when firing the flash. Shutter speeds

up to 1/8000 sec. can be achieved with

compatible cameras and flashes. SCS will fire

the flash at the end of an exposure not at the

beginning. This can be combined with longer

exposures for creative effects.
1. Press the HSS / SCS Mode Button to cycle

between HSS, SCS and standard mode.
2. Set the camera mode and shutter speed.
Please Note:
At high shutter speeds the power of flashes is

greatly reduced.

Settings

The Phottix Strato TTL Trigger supports

functions that can be set in camera menus.

See your camera and flash manuals for full

details. Functions not available on a camera

body or flash cannot be used with the Strato

TTL system.
