1. Install a caster to each leg of the stand.
Snap the neck of the caster all the way
into the hole of the leg. 2. Install the cylinder into the center hole
of the stand, have the blue pin face up.
Then insert the plastic cover into the
cylinder.
3. Install the mounting bracket to the bottom
of the chair. Have the arrow point to the
front side of the chair, align the existing
holes, then use the supplied machine
screws and Allen wrench to firmly fasten
the bracket. 4. Install the free end of the cylinder into the
center hole of the mounting bracket, lay
the legs of the stand on the floor, put the
chair to its up-right position.
