Installation
How to connect the switch to your devices
1. Connect the signal source from devices such as Blu-ray, DVD players, gaming consoles such as
PS3 and Xbox 360, Set top boxes, etc. into the HDMI Matrix Switch input. (Use HDMI to HDMI
cable for HDMI Source or HDMI to DVI cable for DVI Source)
2. Connect the cables from your display devices such as HDTV’s or HD projectors into the HDMI
Matrix Switch output.
3. This device is powered by a 5v external power supply (included)
4. Power on the input devices, display devices and the external power.
Note
Please insert or pull HDMI cables with caution. Do not exert force while inserting or removing
cable.
If two outputs with different resolutions are connected to the same input source program, only
the lower audio video format will be supported.
For instance: If TV “a” has a resolution of 1080p and TV “b” has a resolution of 720p and both
the TVs are connected to the same input source (For instance: a DVD player) only 720p will be
supported.
If two outputs with different resolutions are connected to different input source programs,
then it does not have the above mentioned behavior.
