1 Year Limited Hardware Warranty.
Kinivo hereby warrants to the customer of record that this product is in good-
working condition and free from defects in material or workmanship under
normal use for a duration of 1 year after the date of purchase. The product has
been tested to meet the highest quality standards in each testing category. In
the unlikely event that the product proves to be defective, Kinivo will repair or

the mobile device.
1. The battery pack is discharged. Fully Recharge
EBT5X battery pack for about 7 hours.
2. Check whether EBT5X is compatible with the
mobile device.
3. Check for any improper connection. Reconnect
or replace the connector and cable.
4. The battery may have gone into sleep mode.
Press and hold the MFB button for 2-3 seconds
to make the battery operational.
Mobile device is
not fully charged by
EBT5X.
Check if the power is used up. Fully Recharge EBT5X
battery pack for about 7 hours.
The LED indicators do
not illuminate after
pressing the power
button.
