- Cutlery may be washed by hand or in a dishwasher. Whatever your choice, use

only mild detergent or low alkaline soap so as detergents will damage the surface.

- Wash and dry cutlery after use, stains will be avoided.
- When using a dishwasher, remove and hand-dry the cutlery as soon as the wash

cycle has finished. Hand-drying will enable you to get a polish effect that will
prevent rust from appearing.

- Rinse or wash stainless steel cutlery after use-prolonged contact with acidic

ingredients such as vinegar, fruit juices, mayonnaise or others as they can cause
staining.

- Avoid rubbing your knives with abrasive products, cloths, metallic or synthetic

cleaners.

- Do not place cutlery in a hot plate or in direct proximity to any source of heat to

avoid damages.
