Step 2: Deleting authentication information
To delete the existing authentication information, uninstall the
TPM security solution and delete the solution data.

Select Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program.

Right-click EMBASSY Security Center > Uninstall.

If the message window appears, select Next.

Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the program.

On the taskbar, select File Explorer ( ).

Select View > Options > View > Hidden files and folders.

Select the Show hidden files, folders, and drives option
and select OK.

Open the Computer window and select Local Disk (C:) >
ProgramData.

Delete the Wave Systems Corp folder.
The security solution is deleted.
