1 DC Jack

A jack to connect the AC adapter that

supplies power to the computer.

2 Wired LAN Port

Connect the Ethernet cable to this port.

3 Monitor Port

A port used to connect a monitor, TV

or projector supporting a 15pin D-SUB

interface.

You can connect a VGA adapter

(optional).

Digital Video/

Audio Port (HDMI)

(Optional)

You can connect an HDMI cable to this

port. Using this port, you can enjoy digital

video and audio on the TV.

5 USB Port

(Optional)

You can connect USB devices to the USB

port such as a keyboard/mouse, digital

camera, etc.

You can distinguish the type of port

by color (blue for USB 3.0 and black for

USB 2.0).

6 Ear-set / headset

Jack

This is the jack for connecting an ear-set or

headset.

About the USB charging port

Use the USB charging port to easily charge a tablet PC or

other devices. Open the Easy Settings and select General

> Tablet Charging Mode > ON.
In some devices, charging using the

Tablet Charging

Mode may end before the device is fully charged. In this

situation charging will continue at the normal rate while

the device is connected to the USB charging port.
Data transfer between the PC and devices being charged

in Tablet Charging Mode is not available.
The charging speed when using the PC’s

Tablet Charging

Mode may be slower than the device’s battery charger.
It may take longer to charge the battery when charging a

USB device.
The battery power level may be reduced when charging a

USB device while the computer is powered by the battery.
The charging status of the USB device is not displayed on

the computer.
To turn on the charging function while the computer is

turned off: Open the Easy Settings and select General >

USB charging in sleep mode > ON.
This feature may not be available with some USB devices.
