Before contacting a service centre
The camera doesn’t switch on
å There is low battery capacity
à Insert fresh batteries. (p.12)
å Battery is inserted incorrectly with the polarities reversed.
à Insert the battery according to the polarity marks (+, -).
The camera power ceases while in use
å The battery is exhausted
à Insert fresh batteries.
å The Camera is turned off automatically
à Turn on the camera power again.
Battery power quickly drains
å The Camera is being used in low temperatures
à Keep the camera in warm conditions (i.e. inside a coat or jacket)
and only remove it in order to take images.
Please check the following Camera does not take images when pressing the Shutter button
å There is insufficient memory capacity
à Delete unnecessary image files
å The memory card has not been formatted
