Quality — Indicates camera’s picture quality setting. (You
can change the picture quality setting. For more
information, refer to “Quality” on page 70.)

Camera Resolution — Indicates camera’s current
resolution setting. (You can change the camera
resolution setting. For more information, refer to
“Camera Options” on page 69.)

Brightness — Brightens or darkens the image from
-4 to +4.

Zoom — Enlarges the image from X0 to X9 before
you take a picture. (Depending on the camera
resolution setting.)

Photo Limit — Indicates the available number of photos
you can take. (Depending on the camera resolution
setting.)

White Balance — Indicates camera’s white balance
setting. (You can change the camera white balance
setting. For more information, refer to “White Balance”
on page 70.
)

Self Timer in use — Delays the camera shutter from 2
to 10 seconds after you press

.

Memory — Indicates where new photos will be stored:
in the phone (as shown) or on an optional Memory Card
(

). (For more information, refer to “Memory Card

(Optional)” on page 7.)

Multi Shot in use — Takes three
pictures when you press TAKE (

).

Saving Pictures

After you’ve taken a picture, it is automatically saved in the My
Images
folder, which is a part of your phones memory (and that of
an optional Memory Card, if installed) that is devoted to storing,
browsing, and viewing saved pictures.

You can do the following with your saved pictures:

Enlarge a picture for better viewing by pressing VIEW (

). (To

return to the thumbnail image, press VIEW (

) again.)

Send a picture to someone else by pressing the Options soft key,

then selecting Send.

Discard a picture by pressing the Options soft key, then selecting

Erase. (You are prompted to confirm your erasure of the picture.)
