List displays the message list or entries for the following:

Search
Search allows you to search for specific notes.
1. In Idle mode press the Options
(

soft key.
2. Use the Up (
) or Down (
) Navigation key to scroll to
Search and press the

key.
3. Note is highlighted, press the

4. Use the Up (
) or Down (
) Navigation key to select
Subject or Message.

Subject: this option allows you search notes by subject
matter.
Press the

) or Down (

Navigation key to
highlight Subject and press the Select

soft key.
Enter the subject of the note you are looking for and press
the OK

soft key.
At this point you can opt to use the
Up (
) or Down (

Navigation key to scroll to Search the following now and
press the Select

soft key to start search.
