• Forward: allows you to forward the message to another number.
• Delete: deletes either a selected or multiple picture messages.
• Sort by: allows you to sort messages by Read/Unread, Date, Name, Type, Size, or Subject.
• Lock/Unlock: allows you to protect the message from deletion or unlock the message for deletion.
• Properties: shows you information about the message, such as time and date the message was received, the sender’s email
address or phone number, recipient’s email address or phone number, Cc, message size, and priority.
4. Press the View soft key (from the main listing) to begin the retrieval process and view the message
contents.
5. Press the Options soft key while viewing the Picture message. The following options display:
• Reply via: allows you to send a reply to the sender by sending a Picture message, Text message, Audio postcard, or
Voice note.
• Reply all via: allows you to send a reply to the sender by sending a Picture message, Audio postcard, or
Voice note.
• Call back: allows you to call the sender back.
• Forward: allows you to forward the message to another number.
• Replay: allows you to redisplay the picture.
• Save address: allows you to save the phone number or email address of the person who sent this Picture message.
• Save media: allows you to save the media to the appropriate folder.
• Delete: deletes the selected picture message.
• Lock/Unlock: allows you to protect the message from deletion or unlock the message for deletion.
• Properties: shows you information about the message, such as time and date the message was received, the sender’s email
address or phone number, recipient’s email address or phone number, Cc, message size, and priority.
6. To scroll through the contents, press the Up or Down Navigation keys.
7. Press the Back soft key or the when you are finished viewing the message.
