Remote Control

You can use the remote control up to a distance of about 23 feet from the TV. When using the remote control, always point it directly at
the TV. You can also use your remote control to operate your VCR, Cable box, DVD player, or Set-Top Box.

1 POWER

Turns the TV on and off.

2 NUMERIC BUTTONS

Press to change the channel.

Use to select a channel over 100, For
example, for channel 122, press “-”,
then “2”, then “2”.

4 + VOL –

Press to increase or decrease the
volume.

5 MENU

Displays the main on-screen menu.

6 UP

7 S.MODE

Press to select the sound mode.

8 P.MODE

broadcast).

! R.SURF

Press to automatically return to a
preferred channel after a user-preset
time delay.

@ TURBO

Press to select Turbo sound.

# SOURCE

Press to display all of the available

video sources.

$ INFO

Press to display information on the TV
screen.

% PRE-CH

Tunes to the previous channel.

Press to change channels.

& EXIT

Press to exit the menu.

* MUTE

Press to temporarily cut off the sound.

( P.SIZE

Press to change the screen size.

) SLEEP

Press to select a preset time interval
for automatic shut off.

a PIP (depending on the model)

Picture-in Picture ON/OFF.

b CH (depending on the model)

Displays the available channels in
sequence. (These buttons change
channels in the PIP window only.)

c SWAP (depending on the model)

Switches the main and sub (PIP)
picture.

This is a special remote control for the visually impaired, and has Braille points on the

Power, Channel and Volume buttons.
