Add To Contacts: Save the recipient’s number or Email address
as a Contacts list entry.

Cancel Message: Discard your message or save it to the Drafts
folder, then return to the Send Message menu.
Receiving Messages
When you receive a message, your phone notifies you in one
of the following ways:
•
In Standby mode: The ringer sounds (unless turned off) and New
Message appears in the display along with the closed envelope
icon (
).
•
While in a call: New Message appears in the display along with
the closed envelope icon (
).
The date and time of the message also appear in the display
along with the following options:
•
View Now: Downloads (picture messages) and opens the
message. You have the following options:

Text Message: Forward, Reply With Copy, Save Quick Text,
Lock, Add To Contacts, Message Info, or Extract.

Picture Message: Reply, Forward, Delete, Save Text, Save Pic,
or Save Msg.
•
View Later: Saves the message to your Inbox, where you can
view it later, then returns your phone to its previous mode. (For
